I'm a native of New Orleans, La attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Art in Tucker, Ga. Now living in Long Beach, Ca needless to say I have grown a lot. Southern Soul along with training in Classical French enhanced with Asian indulgences make up the Chef I am. A passion that is driven to achieve greatness and a willingness to show the world how fun yet simple cooking can be.
